Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a skilled supervisor to oversee Rigging and Heavy Lifting maintenance activities. You will supervise assigned personnel, review techniques, and ensure safe, compliant execution in line with ADNOC policies.

You will coordinate with multiple functions and monitor progress to maintain quality and efficiency. The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and about 7 years of related experience in oil/gas or petrochemical settings.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7 years of job experience in Rigging and Heavy Lifting maintenance services preferably within a plant in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
• Highly skilled in rigging jobs, good knowledge of rigging signs and signaling to crane operators.
• Knowledge of industry standards, practices and protocols; proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, CMMS; report writing and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the activities of assigned personnel for Rigging and Heavy Lift jobs.
• Reviews techniques for work and allocates assignments with technical guidance.
• Inspects completed work for conformity to requirements.
• Coordinates with respective functions to execute Rigging & Material handling activities.
• Monitors work execution and ensures compliance with HSE, regulations and ADNOC standards.
• Conducts daily/weekly safety toolbox talks with contractors and ensures use of certified equipment and PPE.
