Job summary

Ghobashgroup seeks an experienced Rigging Supervisor to oversee all rigging and lifting activities on ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi. You will supervise, coordinate, and ensure compliance with ADNOC safety regulations while coordinating with site engineers and HSE teams.

You will verify load calculations, inspect equipment, conduct toolbox talks, maintain documentation, and ensure proper certification of slings, shackles, chains, and hoists.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all rigging and lifting activities at the site.
• Ensure proper selection, inspection, and certification of rigging equipment (slings, shackles, chains, hoists).
• Conduct risk assessments and lift plans with site engineers.
• Verify load calculations and lifting capacities of cranes and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC PTW system and safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings on rigging operations.
• Maintain documentation of rigging operations, certifications, and daily progress.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and HSE teams for smooth execution.
