Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum 20 years of experience, including 5 years as Senior Resident Engineer.
• Strong background in large-scale private development projects.
• Expertise in engineering standards and construction methods.
• Skilled in project management tools and CAD applications.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Understanding of contract administration and dispute resolution.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations and multicultural work environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site engineering activities across all phases of major construction projects.
