The incumbent will oversee quality, safety, programme delivery, and project controls from mobilization through handover, ensuring adherence to approved designs, budgets, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with 20 years of progressive experience in building engineering and project management.
• Proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams on major building projects in the Middle East.
• Deep knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and BIM-based project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident engineering and site supervision across complex building projects.
• Direct day-to-day engineering activities to meet schedules, budgets and milestones.
• Review shop drawings, technical submissions, material submittals, and related construction documentation.
• Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, consultants, designers and specialists to resolve issues.
• Monitor progress, identify delays or risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure construction activities comply with UAE codes, safety requirements and environmental obligations.
