Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 20+ years of experience in construction supervision of infrastructure projects in UAE.
• Experience with community development projects in Dubai is preferred.
• Knowledge of NOC procedures and government authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scope of engineering work, schedules and changes for the assigned project elements, ensuring progress meets schedule and budget.
• Lead construction supervision team for infrastructure works related to a high-profile Dubai development.
• Coordinate with authorities for approvals and handover of project/services.
• Interface with contractor and subs to ensure compliance with contract and deliverables.
• Review work to ensure codes, standards and procedures are followed and quality is acceptable.
• Review and approve change orders and communicate changes to project management.
• Maintain client expectations and provide periodic progress updates.
