Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 4 years in the same or similar role in oil & gas.
• Experience with reliability engineering methods and maintenance optimization in energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RCFA, APM and RCM studies to shift from reactive to proactive maintenance.
• Identify maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and cost.
• Lead Brown Field/Green Field engineering to improve reliability and reduce costs.
• Use predictive tools to detect equipment issues before failures occur.
• Develop monitoring techniques reflecting real equipment conditions.
• Guide reliability engineering across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
