Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance or Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of RCM, RCA and FMEA.
• Experience with condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM and maintenance management technologies.
• Strong understanding of asset performance KPIs.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
• CMRP, CRE or related reliability certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset reliability and maintenance strategies.

• Strong knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), RCA and FMEA
• Experience with condition monitoring, predictive maintenance and reliability analytics
• Familiarity with CMMS / EAM systems and maintenance management technologies
• Strong understanding of asset performance and maintenance KPIs
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proven experience leading technical and cross-functional teams
• UAE / GCC experience is an advantage
• CMRP, CRE or other relevant reliability certification is a plus
