ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to lead the development and execution of reliability enhancement programs within the maintenance organization. You will drive RCMS deployment, coordinate multi-discipline analyses, and guide root cause investigations to improve equipment performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
8 years of experience in reliability, maintenance or related fields.
Budgeting knowledge and experience with budgets.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a Reliability Management System.
Coordinate Reliability Centered Maintenance and instrument analysis.
Introduce Root Cause Analysis and lead investigations.
Establish a data base for Reliability, Availability, Integrity threats.
Develop improvement plans with section heads in Maintenance.
Collaborate on engineering solutions to improve system reliability.
Identify chronic failure modes and propose long-term solutions.
Provide guidelines for RCA methodologies and track recommendations.
