Job summary

Oneira Talent, in collaboration with a growing asset management firm expanding in the UAE, is seeking a business development professional based in Dubai. You will cover high net worth individuals with autonomy within a boutique platform and direct access to senior decision makers.

The role focuses on originating relationships, bringing assets to the firm, and deepening the client base, with coverage expansion into Lebanon and the Lebanese diaspora across the Gulf, Europe and Africa.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in private banking or wealth management with a client book and track record of bringing in assets.
• Established UAE client base; Lebanese diaspora network is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and professional English; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience at international or Swiss private banks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage relationships with high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals.
• Lead asset origination and deepen client wallets across UAE and Lebanon markets.
• Build coverage across the Lebanese diaspora in the Gulf, Europe, and Africa.
• Travel to Lebanon and regional hubs as required; collaborate with senior decision makers.

Oneira Talent are pleased to be working with an asset management firm that is expanding its wealth management franchise into the UAE and Lebanese markets.

This is a business development hire based in Dubai, with the autonomy of a boutique platform and direct access to senior decision makers.

The role

You will cover high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and families, with the UAE as your core market and a clear mandate to build coverage across Lebanon and the Lebanese diaspora in the Gulf, Europe and Africa.

The measure of success is net new money. You will originate relationships, bring assets to the firm, and deepen the clients you win.

The product shelf is broad: public market funds, discretionary portfolio management, and a growing private markets offering across real estate, industrials and technology.

What they are looking for

• 7+ years in private banking or wealth management, with a client book of your own and a track record of bringing in assets.
• A background at an international or Swiss private bank is preferred. Experience at a leading global private banking house is strongly preferred over a domestic retail or commercial bank.
• An established UAE client base. Exposure to Lebanese clients, or a strong network across the Lebanese diaspora, is a significant advantage.
• Comfort with private markets, alternatives and discretionary mandates, as well as traditional investment products.
• Fluent Arabic and strong professional English.
• Based in Dubai, with willingness to travel to Lebanon and the region.
