LHH Executive Search is supporting a leading international Private Banking & Wealth Management institution in the appointment of a senior professional for its growing Dubai platform, with a strong focus on the MENA region.

We are looking to identify an experienced Relationship Manager / Head of Wealth Management with a strong track record in Private Banking, an established network of HNWI and UHNWI clients, and proven experience in developing and managing relationships across MENA.

Key requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management, ideally within Swiss or European banking institutions;
• Established portfolio and network of HNWI/UHNWI clients, entrepreneurs and family offices;
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets and international banking;
• Proven ability to originate and develop new client relationships;
• MENA market experience and strong regional network;
• Excellent relationship management, communication and business development skills;
• High standards of integrity, discretion and professionalism;
• Stable career track record and a long-term client relationship approach.
