Job summary

DECA PROPERTIES is seeking experienced Relationship Managers to join our growing real estate sales team in Dubai. You will engage with developers, real estate agencies, and brokers to promote projects and generate leads.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of recent developer experience in the UAE, a strong agency network, excellent communication, and a target-driven mindset. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience with developer is mandatory.
• Active in the UAE real estate market with a developer.
• Strong existing agency network is required.
• Presentable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, professional, and target driven.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
