Job summary

Binance is seeking a Regulatory Operations, Derivatives professional to join our team in the UAE. You will analyze regulatory requirements, design SOPs, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance for derivative activities.

The role requires 5+ years in financial institutions, strong English reporting skills, and the ability to work across teams to address regulatory and operational risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working or project experience in financial institutions with knowledge of financial products and processes.
• Strong written English to prepare formal reports for regulators and senior management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory technical standards, design SOPs based on regulatory requirements, and coordinate with key stakeholders.
• Provide advice, objective reviews, and challenges to ensure operations risks are identified, assessed, and managed in BAU and new initiatives.
• Conduct independent assessments and daily monitoring of operations based on rulebooks, identifying risk concerns.
