Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a seasoned Manager, Markets Sales to drive derivatives growth across the UAE, MENA, and Europe. You will originate and expand relationships with professional traders, manage revenue and market share, and represent Coinbase at major regional events.

The role requires leading regional sales strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and travel readiness. This is a high-visibility, remote-first role with extensive stakeholder engagement and a focus on regulatory alignment,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in derivatives sales, trading, or structuring with P&L responsibility.
• Deep knowledge of UAE, MENA, and European crypto/regulatory environments.
• Experience with perpetual futures, futures, and options; strong regional client network.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a network of professional traders across UAE, MENA and Europe, driving revenue through high-touch acquisition from origination to onboarding and ongoing account management.
• Execute regional sales strategy for UAE, MENA and Europe to meet targets for market penetration and client expansion.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk and Compliance to localize products for regional requirements and demand.
• Represent Coinbase at client meetings, industry events and conferences across the region to deepen relationships and source opportunities.
• Build and optimize sales processes, CRM workflows, and pipeline tracking for accurate reporting.
