The ideal candidate will have a background in Food Safety or Microbiology, with 3-5 years of experience and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include preparing reports and investigating complaints.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in food safety and microbiology with a focus on quality assurance.
• Experience with FSSC 22000, BRC, and ISO 17025 certifications is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Food Safety partner for the EKFC business unit.
• Regularly inspect catering units and submit detailed reports.
• Lead and facilitate toolbox talks on various Food Safety topics.
• Collect and test food, water, ice, and swab samples.
• Investigate complaints about foreign objects in food.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance.
