Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Compliance professional to provide regulatory and advisory support across the bank. You will review new products, policies and client documentation for CB UAE compliance and lead regulatory changes across the bank and branches.

The role requires 8+ years in banking compliance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to design and deliver training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory compliance within banking/financial services.
• Strong understanding of UAE banking rules and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for advisory notes.
• Ability to design and deliver training on conduct compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory and compliance advisory to the bank with UAE Central Bank requirements.
• Review products and policies for regulatory impact and approvals.
• Conduct gap analyses and lead regulatory changes across the bank and branches.
• Manage breach reporting, registers and regulator communications.
• Oversee consumer protection, market conduct, and outsourcing frameworks.
• Deliver training on conduct and regulatory compliance to staff.
