Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience within banking or financial services.
• At least 5 years in Regulatory Compliance (essential).
• Experience interacting with regulators (preferably CBUAE).

Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory compliance assessments across the bank.
• Act as a key point of contact for regulatory interactions.
• Provide clear regulatory advice to internal stakeholders.
• Review policies and procedures for regulatory alignment.
• Ensure all regulatory reporting obligations are met.
