Job summary

Mark Williams Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Recruiter with a strong focus on AI, Digital Transformation and 360° technology recruitment. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, from business development through sourcing, interviews, offers and placement.

The role requires a proven track record in technology recruitment, with the ability to build client relationships, map markets and headhunt for senior roles across AI, data, cloud, cybersecurity and software engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology recruitment experience.
• Experience in acquiring new business.
• Proven track record in AI, Digital Transformation and technology recruitment.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and target driven.
• UAE/GCC recruitment experience is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver high-quality candidates under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from business development and client requirements through sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation and placement.
• Recruit across AI, Generative AI, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Digital Transformation and emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers and technology professionals.
• Conduct market mapping, headhunting and targeted sourcing for niche and senior technology roles.
• Build and manage a strong technology talent pipeline.
• Achieve individual recruitment, placement and business development targets.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Technology Recruiter with strong expertise in AI, Digital Transformation and 360° Technology Recruitment. The ideal candidate combines excellent technical sourcing and headhunting skills with strong client management and business development capabilities.
