SAFEEN SURVEY AND SUBSEA SERVICES L.L.C. in Dubai seeks an experienced Recruiter with 7–12 years in Marine, Offshore, Subsea, and Oil & Gas sectors to manage full lifecycle recruitment for technical roles across GCC.

You will source passive and active candidates, map markets, collaborate with hiring managers, and build talent pipelines to meet project needs while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–12 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Marine, Offshore, Subsea, Oil & Gas, or Engineering sectors.
• Proven experience recruiting technical, operational, marine, offshore, and project-based personnel.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major recruitment portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for Marine, Offshore, Subsea, Oil & Gas, and Corporate roles.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations; maintain candidate databases and pipelines.
