Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to design and implement the full recruiting lifecycle for offshore marine roles. The role involves analyzing jobs, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews and onboarding to ensure seamless integration.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of offshore marine hiring experience, ready to promote the company's reputation as a top employer.
