Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Recruiter to proactively source passive candidates, conduct in-depth screening, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver targeted strategies.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in full-cycle recruitment, with strong sourcing technique expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms, and exceptional communication skills.

Job description

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and industry networking events, to build robust talent pipelines.
• Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and salary expectations, ensuring a high-quality candidate pool for hiring managers.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance, providing a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives to deliver targeted recruitment strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the Oil and Gas sector.

• Proven expertise in utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and various ATS platforms.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
