ESR Group in Dubai seeks an Associate/Senior Associate with 4–8 years of investment experience to join the Investment team. You will independently evaluate real estate opportunities across the GCC, build sophisticated financial models, and prepare investment papers for ESR senior management.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors, supporting due diligence and ad-hoc analyses to enable strategic decisions.

Formación

• Minimum 4–8 years of investment experience in real estate or related fields (IB/PE/ funds).
• GCC real estate coverage preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate real estate investment opportunities across GCC, including equity and debt structures.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for deal-level economics and returns.
• Draft investment memos and presentations for investment committees and senior leadership.
