Job summary

Ssingroup in Dubai is seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst to support identification, evaluation, and monitoring of opportunities across the UAE and GCC markets.

Responsibilities include market research, preparing investment memos, financial models, and due diligence; monitoring portfolio performance and preparing reports; liaising with brokers and developers; and supporting the investment committee presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years experience in real estate, investment banking, or financial analysis.
• Knowledge of UAE property market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis on UAE and GCC real estate trends.
• Prepare investment memos, financial models, and deal evaluation reports.
• Support due diligence processes for property acquisitions.
• Monitor existing portfolio performance and prepare quarterly reports.
• Liaise with brokers, developers, and institutional partners.
• Assist in preparing presentations for the investment committee.
