Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Investment Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment, corporate finance, private equity, capital markets, M&A, financial advisory, strategy, or investment analysis.

Mansioni

• Conduct due diligence for investment opportunities and coordinate with external stakeholders.
• Prepare financial models and sensitivity analyses.
• Analyze investment opportunities to evaluate feasibility and viability.
• Prepare investment decks for senior management.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating commercial terms.
• Provide support on other tasks within the department as required.
