Job summary

Madison Pearl Ltd. is seeking a Contracts and Commercial Manager to lead procurement, contracts, and commercial management for real estate development projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The role requires steering tendering processes, evaluating suppliers, negotiating with consultants and contractors, and protecting the company's commercial interests. You will oversee contract administration, handle claims, variations and EOT assessments, and monitor costs, cash flow, and forecasting to drive value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering or other relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or real estate developer.
• Strong expertise in FIDIC and UAE-standard contract forms.
• Hands on Experience with payment certification and cash flow management.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage C level executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, contracts, and commercial management across real estate development projects.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies, manage tendering, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts.
• Oversee contract administration, including claims, variations, and EOT assessments.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and commercial performance; forecast and cost-control.
• Prepare executive-level commercial reports and dashboards for management decisions.
