Job summary

Flow is seeking a Senior Analyst in Real Estate to drive underwriting, feasibility analysis, and structuring of management agreements and acquisitions across multifamily and hospitality-led opportunities.

You will build robust financial models, evaluate owner partnerships, assess market conditions, and support negotiations from term sheet through handover to operations in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, development, investment, strategy, or related roles.
• Strong financial analysis and underwriting experience.

Responsibilities

• Underwriting: Build and maintain financial models for management agreements and acquisitions.
• Asset & Owner Opportunity Evaluation: Underwrite assets for operational fit and value creation.
• Market & Feasibility Analysis: Assess supply, demand, pricing, and benchmarks.
• Management Agreement Structuring: Support base/incentive fees, term, and brand standards.
• Deal Materials & Approvals: Prepare summaries and memoranda for senior management.
• Due Diligence & Deal Execution: Coordinate cross-functional diligence and execution.
