Job summary

Flow is seeking a Finance Manager to establish and drive the UAE financial operations in a hands-on role covering financial management, accounting, budgeting, reporting and compliance in a lean, fast-moving environment.

You will own UAE financial reporting, lead budgeting and forecasting with leadership, manage day-to-day accounting, VAT and corporate tax filings, cash flow, controls, and collaborate with auditors and external advisors to sustain disciplined financial performance.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong technical accounting foundation.
• Experience managing full set of books and financials records.
• Experience with tax filings and regulatory compliance (VAT and corporate tax).
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or asset-heavy businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting for the UAE business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with leadership.
• Track performance against budgets and provide actionable insights.
• Manage day-to-day accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and file VAT and corporate tax returns, ensuring UAE compliance.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and advisors.
