JVMH Infotech is seeking a Senior Manager / Manager Finance for a Real Estate portfolio. The role collaborates with Property Management, Asset Management, Leasing and Operations to deliver thorough financial analysis and to drive portfolio profitability.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years in Finance/Real Estate Finance, with hands-on experience in portfolio operations, leasing economics, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of Finance/Real Estate Finance experience.
• Strong experience in Real Estate portfolio operations.
• Experience across Property Management and Asset Management.
• Exposure to income-generating / lettable property portfolios.
• Experience with leasing operations and portfolio financial performance.
• Strong financial analysis skills with understanding of revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, and KPIs.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
• Understanding of asset optimization and portfolio performance improvement.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support finance activities related to Real Estate portfolio operations.
• Partner with Property and Asset Management teams on financial performance.
• Monitor revenue, rental income, operating costs, profitability, cash flow, and portfolio KPIs.
• Analyse financial performance of income-generating / lettable properties.
• Work with Leasing teams to assess the financial impact of leasing activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
• Analyse portfolio and asset-level performance, trends, and variances.
• Identify opportunities for asset optimization and portfolio performance improvement.
• Prepare portfolio performance reports, financial analysis, and management presentations.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Support financial controls, governance, and performance tracking.
