Job summary

Sener is seeking a Senior Interface & Integration Engineer in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) for our Rail & Metro team. The role focuses on coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces and ensuring successful integration of complex railway systems and infrastructure in a hybrid UAE setting.

The ideal candidate will lead interface management across Rolling Stock, Traction Power, Signaling, Train Control, Telecommunications, SCADA, and related systems, while guiding design reviews and technical

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
12–13 years of engineering experience with mandatory rail and metro exposure.
Experience in interface engineering and systems integration on complex rail projects.
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary interfaces and system verification.

Responsibilities

Lead coordination of technical interfaces across rolling stock, traction power, signaling, train control, telecom, SCADA, MEP, civil, and track.
Coordinate interfaces between railway systems and wider infrastructure throughout the design lifecycle.
Develop and manage the Interface Register and interface documentation.
Facilitate design reviews, interface meetings, and Change Control Board activities.
Identify risks, dependencies, and conflicts; drive technical resolutions.
Support installation, testing, commissioning, and integration activities.
Provide technical leadership on interface management to multidisciplinary teams.
