Job summary

Sener seeks an Interface Engineer for Rail & Metro projects in the UAE. You will coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces across Civil, Track, Signaling, Telecomm, Power, MEP and Architecture, ensuring seamless integration of railway systems.

The role requires delivering interface registers, leading reviews, and resolving conflicts to meet project milestones in a dynamic, multinational environment. Responsibilities include coordinating client and contractor meetings, tracking interface risks, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, or systems engineering.
6–8 years of overall engineering experience.
6–8 years Rail & Metro experience in interface engineering and coordination.
Proven experience managing technical interfaces on Rail & Metro projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Revit/Navisworks is a plus.
Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

Lead coordination of technical interfaces between Civil, Track, Signaling, Telecommunications, Power, MEP, Architecture and other railway disciplines.
Develop and manage the Interface Register; track and resolve interface issues.
Coordinate design reviews and interface meetings with clients, contractors and teams.
Identify interface risks and dependencies; implement effective solutions.
Review engineering deliverables to ensure interface requirements are met.
Prepare interface reports, minutes, action trackers and documentation.
Support design coordination during construction, testing and handover.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, standards and Sener procedures.
