Ideal candidates have a Quantity Surveying degree, 5+ years post-degree experience, and familiarity with CostX or similar QS software. English writing and strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Familiar with FIDIC-based contracts and commercial management.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to report clearly in English and maintain project records.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration post-closure and re-measurement.
• Prepare interim and final account assessments and cost reports.
• Attend design and commercial meetings and manage variations and claims.
