Parsons is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Project Management team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will manage all financial and contractual aspects of the project, including interim payments, variations, and contractor claims, while supporting the supervision team.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in QS or civil engineering, 10–12 years of relevant experience, fluency in English, and strong knowledge of contractual relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or civil engineering.
• 10–12 years of experience in quantity surveying on roads, highways and general infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Review and certify interim payments, variations and other financial matters.
• Analyze and evaluate contractor claims and other contractual matters.
• Prepare final accounts and financial statements for monthly reports.
• Audit payments to Contractors and verify measurements of completed work.
• Maintain and streamline cost and quantity records and monitor final cost estimates.
