Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a senior commercial professional for post-contract management on major residential, villa and high-rise projects in the UAE.

You will lead main contract valuations, draft and verify payment certificates, and drive variation pricing to maximize entitlement. You will also prepare CVR reports, manage subcontractor payments, and coordinate with planning to mitigate financial risk while guiding claims for EOT and prolongation costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with strong post-contract experience.
• MRICS / RICS accreditation preferred for senior level roles.
• 10–15 years of UAE/GCC construction experience with Tier-1 contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead Main Contract valuations and prepare monthly interim payment applications.
• Manage Subcontractor relations, payment certificates and variations.
• Formulate pricing for variations to maximize entitlement.
• Compile CVR reports, analyze variances and forecast cost-to-complete.
• Prepare commercial claims for EOT and prolongation costs.
• Perform material reconciliations and track project risks and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations with consultant cost managers to resolve disputes.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering

MRICS / RICS accreditation
