Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support roads and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will lead cost estimation, budget management, contract administration, and payment verification, while handling post-contract QS activities and commercial reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, at least eight years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of CESMME and FIDIC, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in quantity surveying and contract administration for roads and maintenance works.
• Thorough knowledge of CESMME and FIDIC; proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review cost estimates for roads, infrastructure, and landscaping projects.
• Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets and cost expectations.
• Review interim and final payment applications and valuations.
• Manage post-contract quantity surveying activities and variations.
• Verify contractor quantities and cost records; support commercial decisions.
