The role focuses on measurement, cost control, payment certification, variations, and claims, working on-site with the project team.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of FIDIC and CESMM, and a professional mindset to manage commercial aspects of complex transportation schemes.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years of prime contract administration experience on major roads and large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions and CESMM.
• MRICS membership is preferred but not mandatory.
• Civil Engineering/Construction Management degree or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Perform estimating and quantity surveying for roads and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee remeasurement of completed works and verify measurements.
• Review interim and final measurements for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and review contractor payment certificates and related documentation.
• Assess variations and change orders and coordinate with clients and supervision teams.
• Maintain commercial records and support cost planning and control activities.
