Key Responsibilities

• Support the establishment, implementation, and ongoing development of the company management system.
• Partner with functional process subject matter experts to deliver major quality system initiatives.
• Work with Quality Directors to investigate and resolve complex issues extending beyond individual functional areas.
• Review management system attributes and document metadata to ensure reliable system reporting.
• Assist subject matter experts with the controlled withdrawal of legacy practices, procedures, and documents.
• Ensure superseded content is removed from active systems and replaced with approved current documentation.
• Provide management system and document control training to newly appointed team members.
• Support the assignment of responsibilities and appropriate system access following required training.
• Participate in the design, implementation, and enforcement of standard company document templates.
• Advise functional process owners on effective document preparation, classification, organization, and lifecycle control.
• Monitor execution plan activities and provide progress reports to management when required.
• Maintain consistent communication across functions and influence teams to incorporate approved quality management methods.
• Encourage process owners to replace inconsistent working practices with standardized and measurable controls.

• Recommend revisions that improve readability, clarity, accuracy, and ease of implementation.

• Strong practical knowledge of QHSES assurance and quality management systems.
• Experience supporting the development or implementation of an integrated management system.
• Proven ability to plan and conduct internal or external quality audits.
• ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9110, or another globally recognized quality management system internal auditor qualification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Lean and continuous improvement concepts, principles, and practical methods.
• Experience leading root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
