Job summary

Saipem in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior HSE Engineer to implement, maintain and continuously improve the HSE management system across project and site operations. You will ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and drive a strong safety culture.

You will lead HSE inspections, audits, incident investigations, and KPI reporting, while delivering inductions and toolbox talks and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HSE management systems in large projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the HSE Management System across project/site operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulations.
• Develop and execute HSE monitoring and audit programs.
• Lead inspections, audits, investigations, and KPI reporting.
• Deliver HSE inductions and toolbox talks; promote safe work practices.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and regulators on HSE matters.
