J10 Consulting's client in Dubai seeks a well-experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality on high-profile VVIP residential and palace projects. Immediate joining on a 3-6 month contract with potential transfer to staff after six months.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 7-10+ years in main contracting QA/QC, and proven leadership of engineers and inspectors. Strong knowledge of QC processes, reporting, and coordination with clients and regulators is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7-10+ years in Main Contracting QA/QC.
• Proven track record of managing teams of engineers and inspectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality control processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Certifications in quality control (ASQ CQE or Six Sigma Black Belt) beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans.
• Conduct site inspections and audits.
• Manage QA/QC documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and present QA/QC reports.
• Lead and mentor QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors.
• Review and monitor material specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly QC reports; maintain QC records.
• Ensure that ITP and Method Statements are implemented on site.
• Coordinate with Project Team on holds and approvals.
• Address quality issues promptly and coordinate remediation measures.
• Review inspection plans and ensure compliance.
• Monitor the quality management system performance.
