Job summary

C2HR GLOBAL LLC in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to lead quality assurance on major construction projects.

The ideal candidate has 13-15 years of engineering experience in construction, with at least 5 years GCC exposure, and expert knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS.

You will oversee QA/QC documentation, inspections, ITPs, method statements, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
• 13-15 years of total engineering experience in a construction company
• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in a Senior QA/QC Engineer or equivalent senior quality role
• Strong experience in construction projects and quality management
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Good knowledge of relevant international standards, construction codes, specifications, and inspection procedures
• Strong understanding of QA/QC documentation, ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs, MIRs, IRs, testing, and inspection processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong ability to identify quality risks and implement effective corrective actions
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage QA/QC activities independently and lead a quality team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines
• GCC construction experience is essential

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, plans, and inspection systems for construction projects.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and other construction works as applicable.
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Material Submittals, and Quality Control procedures.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding quality-related matters.
• Ensure that all materials delivered to site comply with approved specifications and material submittals.
• Conduct and coordinate material inspections, site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
