Job summary

Confidential Careers in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced QA/QC Section Head - Arabic Speaker to lead quality assurance on a Luxury Villa Project.

The ideal candidate will hold a Civil Engineering degree, bring 10+ years of QA/QC leadership experience on luxury residential developments, and oversee ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, and method statements.

Arabic language fluency and strong coordination skills are essential; immediate joiners or those with short notice are preferred.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer degree holder.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC leadership.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, Method Statements & project specifications.
• Arabic speaker is required.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC team for luxury villa project.
• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and ITPs.
• Review ITPs, WIRs, MIRs and method statements for compliance.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
