Senior QA/QC Engineer – Infrastructure Projects

Job summary

AECOM is seeking a QA/QC Engineer in Abu Dhabi to implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System across the construction lifecycle. You will lead quality assurance and control activities from construction through testing, commissioning, handover and close‑out, coordinating with Resident Engineer, Contractors and authorities.

The role requires 10–15 years of QA/QC experience on major infrastructure projects in the UAE, with strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ITPs and NCR/SOR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent with QA/QC leadership.
• Lead Auditor ISO 9001 or equivalent quality cert preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years' QA/QC on major infrastructure projects in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QC procedures.
• Ensure compliance with contract specs, drawings and standards.
• Review NCRs/SORs and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Client, Contractors, authorities and labs on quality matters.
