Job summary

KBR-Abu Dhabi is seeking a Program QA/QC Engineer - Electrical to oversee the project QA/QC management on a large-scale power and water transmission program in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a seasoned professional to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and integrated QMS processes across multiple contractors and Consultants.

As part of the Nexus Program, you will monitor audits, manage NCRs, support continuous improvement, and report quality performance to the QA/QC Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification required.
• Minimum 5+ years experience on projects in QA/QC roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Program Quality Management System (QMS) across Nexus projects.
• Coordinate audits, NCRs and close-out reports.
• Monitor QA/QC reporting and KPI trends.
• Coordinate with Consultants, Contractors and Client representatives.
