Job summary

KBR-Abu Dhabi is seeking a Program QA/QC Engineer - Mechanical to oversee the Project Quality Management System across large-scale power and water transmission projects in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate QA/QC activities with consultants, EPCs, and client representatives, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.

Role requires 5+ years of experience in QA/QC within similar programmes, ISO 9001 expertise, and strong coordination across multiple contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in project QA/QC or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Program Quality Management System implementation across projects.
• Monitor compliance with Project Quality Plans and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate QA/QC audits, report preparation, and closure activities.
• Maintain NCR logs and drive corrective actions with contractors and consultants.
• Support KPI monitoring, data validation, and quality dashboards.
