Job summary

SEGULA Technologies in Abu Dhabi seeks a QA/QC Engineer to provide programme-level quality assurance oversight across major infrastructure projects.

You will monitor QA/QC performance, review Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and track NCRs, CARs and corrective actions.

The role requires experience in power, water, utilities or infrastructure, plus strong analytical and documentation skills and knowledge of ISO 9001.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC on major power, water, utilities or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001-based quality management systems.
• Experience with PQP, ITP, NCR, CAR, audits and quality reporting.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor QA/QC performance across project packages.
• Review Project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans.
• Track NCRs, CARs, Site Notes and corrective actions.
• Review audit programmes and closure evidence.
• Monitor MIR/RFI trends and material approval status.
• Review equipment calibration compliance.
• Prepare QA/QC dashboards and quality reports.
• Identify recurring non-conformities and systemic quality risks.
• Support quality readiness for commissioning and handover.
