Job summary

Penspen in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Engineer, QA/QC to manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), review method statements, audit contractors and ensure full ADNOC and international standard compliance (ASME, API, ISO).

The candidate shall hold a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and 17+ years in quality management for oil and gas EPC/PMC projects; ADNOC experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related discipline.
17+ years of quality management experience in oil and gas EPC/PMC projects.
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification and specialized credentials such as CSWIP, BGAS, NACE, AWS, or API.
ADNOC experience is mandatory.
