Job summary

Penspen in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Engineer - QA/QC to lead inspection activities, manage ITPs, review method statements, and supervise contractor quality assurance on oil and gas EPC/PMC projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, 17+ years of experience in oil and gas QA/QC, ADNOC experience, and certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor alongside CSWIP, BGAS, NACE, AWS, or API.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related discipline.
• 17+ years of quality management experience in oil and gas (onshore or offshore EPC/PMC projects).
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and specialized credentials such as CSWIP, BGAS, NACE, AWS, or API.
• ADNOC experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Review method statements and audit contractors.
• Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC codes and international standards (ASME, API, ISO).
