Job summary

Penspen Ltd is seeking a Senior Engineer QA/QC in Abu Dhabi to lead quality assurance activities. The role focuses on managing ITPs, reviewing method statements, auditing contractors, and handling NCRs to ensure full ADNOC code compliance and alignment with international standards.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant engineering degree, 17+ years in oil & gas QA/QC, and certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor along with CSWIP/BGAS/NACE/AWS/API, with ADNOC experience mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related discipline.
• 17+ years of quality management experience in oil & gas (onshore or offshore EPC/PMC projects).
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, plus CSWIP, BGAS, NACE, AWS, or API credentials.
• ADNOC experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Review method statements.
• Audit contractors.
• Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
