Job summary

Penspen in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Engineer, QA/QC to manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), review method statements, audit contractors and ensure full ADNOC and international standard compliance (ASME, API, ISO).

The candidate shall hold a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and 17+ years in quality management for oil and gas EPC/PMC projects; ADNOC experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related discipline.
• 17+ years of quality management experience in oil and gas EPC/PMC projects.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification and specialized credentials such as CSWIP, BGAS, NACE, AWS, or API.
• ADNOC experience is mandatory.

A Senior Engineer-QA/QC responsible for managing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), reviewing method statements, auditing contractors, handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and ensuring full compliance with ADNOC codes and international standards (ASME, API, ISO) etc.

Qualification And Experience Required.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 17+ years of experience of quality management experience in oil and gas (onshore or offshore EPC/PMC projects).
• certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, plus specialized credentials like CSWIP, BGAS, NACE, AWS, or API.
