Penspen is hiring an experienced QA/QC Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to lead quality assurance and quality control across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up activities, ensuring compliance with client specifications and international standards. The ideal candidate has a Engineering degree, 10+ years in engineering (oil & gas preferred) and at least 4 years supervising QA/QC for EPC

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or HND with QA/QC certificate.
10+ years of engineering activities, ideally in oil & gas.
4+ years supervising QA/QC for O&G projects.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and client requirements.
Review EPC contractor Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements, and QA/QC procedures.
Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (API, ASME, ASTM, AWS, ISO, IEC).
Conduct quality audits, inspections, and surveillance across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
Close out NCRs, CAPA, and quality deviations.
Coordinate vendor inspections, FAT/SAT, and material inspections.
Monitor contractor and vendor quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
Participate in design reviews and project quality meetings.
Prepare quality reports and KPIs for clients and leadership.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
