SUNDUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY & STUDIES BUREAUL.L.C is seeking a QA professional to drive testing for banking channels and transaction workflows. The role focuses on end-to-end testing of customer servicing journeys across digital banking platforms.

Responsibilities include validating maker-checker workflows, verifying channel integrations, and ensuring secure access through authentication controls, with deployment verification support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA).
• At least 3 years in Business Banking Channels or Digital Banking.
• UAE or GCC banking experience preferred.
• Experience with corporate or business banking channels desirable.
• Exposure to digital transformation programmes advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop test scenarios for banking channels and transaction workflows.
• Perform end-to-end testing of customer servicing journeys across digital banking platforms.
• Validate maker-checker workflows and transaction approval processes.
• Verify channel integrations and user entitlements.
• Test authentication and authorization controls to ensure secure access and transactions.
• Support deployment verification and post-deployment testing.
