Job summary

Geisinger in Dubai seeks a patient navigator to guide incoming calls and facilitate entry of new patients into the program. You will provide patient education and promote understanding of conditions, and coordinate patient needs with support groups and educational series.

Collaborating with healthcare providers, you will implement plans of care, maintain inventory, review records, and assist physicians with procedures and nursing care as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have current LPN license.
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide incoming calls and assist new patients entering the program.
• Educate patients and explain conditions clearly.
• Coordinate patient needs with groups and educational series.
